Since I joined the Amway Hotel Corporation chef team in 1997, my focus has been serving food that we can really believe in. The guests in our hotel restaurants are more sophisticated than ever, about everything from flavor to freshness. They’re more adventurous and fun than ever, too—they see mealtime as an opportunity to enjoy conversation, laughter, and new flavors.
The Hotel Kitchen brand emerged from that same passion for great food, which always begins with great ingredients. We make everything the old-fashioned way, using the best, natural ingredients combined in recipes that are both distinctive and versatile. Being based in Michigan, the second ranked producer of produce in the US, gives us access to local ingredients when they’re the freshest—we’ve just bottled up your favorite flavors from our restaurants and harvest, so you can take them home with you to enjoy all year.
